Overcomers International Ministries, Pursue Church, World Impact and The Urban Bible Institute (TUMI) have aligned in partnership to launch bible colleges in the urban core of St. Louis and Africa.

Many countries within African governments require formal pastoral training. Due to the cost of traditional training, many cannot afford to enroll.

However, The Urban Ministry Institute is designed to address this challenge, thus providing affordable training for all those who desire to be trained and developed.

We have a Macedonian call and believe it is our mandate to develop and train laborers to protect the ecclesia, and share the Gospel with competency; while maintaining the sacred roots of Jesus’s message.

Today 41% of all Protestants live in Africa, according to the Center for The Study of Global Christianity at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.

By 2050, that number is expected to swell to 53% out of 560 million Protestants, more than 228 million called Africa home in 2017. That is more than 2.5 times as many as Europe and almost 4 times as many as North America.
